Sole proprietor of a land use consulting business to assist individuals and businesses with:
project management, data collection, proposal development, permit acquisition, and estimating on a full spectrum of land development issues.

All aspects of real estate sales with a primary focus on land sale transactions. Brokers license obtained in 1993; specializing in Buyer Agency since 1994. In 1996, 80% of transactions as Buyer’s Agent.

Project Manager for two extensive reconstruction projects. Responsible for design, material selection, crew hiring and supervision, scheduling, subcontracting, permit acquisition, and payroll. Full time crew of 10 with peak employment of 52 workers.

Workshop leader on: communications, anger management, conflict resolution, relationship development, whole body wellness, meditation, emotional awakening, fear and defense mechanisms, etc.

Engineering support as project leader. Special projects included: needs assessment for information management system development, quality assurance manual for component insertion and soldering, facilities inventory and layout for manufacturing process relocation, machine and manpower utilization studies, and numerous smaller projects.
